Rent The Plymouth Playhouse

We’re excited to offer space rental for arts organizations. Applications are reviewed by 4 Community Theatre.  Decisions are made based upon space availability, show title, and/or additional support needs.

The Plymouth Playhouse seats 211 people.

    • Monday - Sunday: $3,360

    Single Day Weekend Rate

    • Friday, Saturday, Sunday: $1575

    Single Day Weekday Rate

    • Monday - Thursday: $945

    Production Rate

    • 6 Weeks: $18,900

  • Technical Support

    Your contract includes one training session on how to operate our sound and light boards with our technology coordinator. You are welcome to bring your own lighting and sound people to run and design the show. For an additional cost, we can provide extra technical support. Hang and focus available dependent on schedule. Rate is dependent on contractor. 1-hour minimum.

    Hourly rate: $90

    Build Consultation

    Your contract includes one consultation with our set construction manager. You are welcome to bring your own design and construction team. For an additional cost, we can provide extra support.

    Hourly rate: $40

    Ushering / Concessions / Ticket Sales Support

    Do you need help running your event? We can assist with ticket sales, concessions, or ushering your guests. This add-on is dependent on availability.

    Daily Rate: $40 per person

    Costume, Prop, Mic, and Set Rentals

    4 Community Theatre has been producing high-quality productions since 1998 and has amassed a wide variety of supplies along the way. Our scene shop, costumes, props, 8 mic packs, and set pieces are on site and available to rent for your production. Let us know how we can help!

    Daily Cleaning Service

    Need help keeping your space performance-ready? We offer a daily cleaning service to maintain dressing rooms, backstage areas, lobby spaces, and restrooms during your rental period. Service availability depends on schedule.

    Hourly Rate: $40 (1-hour minimum)
